Nice comfy base for exploring Kelowna. Good and absolutely perfect position in Kelowna. Very well connected with a bus stop next to the hotel. Lots of options for free breakfast.

Really lovely place for an overnight stay. Fairly clean place & knowledgeable staff with the efforts of the staff to keep everyone safe. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Incredible location, within walking distance of everywhere. Also, to the best vineyards.
There was a not comfy bed.

The room had a smell to it which I figured would be the same in all, I got used to it after 15min. the continental breakfast didn't start til 7:30, bad for business people that have to get an early start.

The room is recently refurbished. the staff is very hospitable and knowledgeable. - It offers terrific services. - There is free Wi-Fi throughout the property. - A superb bar does the trick.

It was a nice size room. convience of downtown. fridge in room. I heard the pool was nice.
I thought the pillow were like lumpy pancakes, I also asked the people that I came with in other rooms what their pillows were like, and they all said very flat. Sorry but your pillows need replacing. I also noticed that the rooms myfriends were staying in had excellent firm beds, but I had to say my bed was not, very unfirm. My back is paying a little for that now. I would not recommend this hotel based on the bed and pilows I had. But if I did, stay in your hotel again, I would definitely phone and ask for a firm bed with good pillows.

The proximity of the downtown (10 minutes walking), the breakfast, the pool, the internet, and definitely the bed!!!

my room was perfect.I liked the loft idea because it gave you privacy from your fellow room mates.
Only thing I wish that the breakfast room had a microwave.
